Chairman & CEO
As the Chairmain and CEO, Larry is the third generation of the Parks family in upper management of the Company. He has vast experience in estimating and project management, and includes accounts with Siskin Steel and Standard Coosa, Thatcher. He is a graduate of Memphis State University and is currently the main representative for the Company in large private contracts, and oversees Company operations. He serves on multiple boards including the Calsted Foundation, the Association of General Contractors of America, is a Trustee for the Tri-State Carpenters Fringe Benefits Fund, and is Chairman of the Our Lady of the Mount Catholic Church Finance Committee.
Arch Willingham has served the Company in residential construction, residential development, residential remodeling, and information technology for 31 years and began his current role as President in 2015. He is on the board of the Associated General Contractors of East Tennessee and is an adjunt professor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Arch is a graduate of Auburn University and continues to oversee and manage the residential construction operations for the company.
Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Matthew oversees the Company’s commercial estimating and project management, and he began this role in 2007. He is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and has 19 years of construction experience in commercial estimating and project management for public and private schools, critical care facilities, office buildings, industrial buildings, multi-use projects, religious facilities, and government facilities.
Estimator & Project Manager
Zach Dilbeck joined the T.U. Parks team in 2008 and brought with him more than ten years experience in the industry ranging from residential to commercial construction. He is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and Contracting including a minor in business.
Project Manager & Director of Safety
Robert Parks began his work at T.U. Parks in 2003 as a laborer and moved through the ranks into a carpenter position as he completed his schooling. He began his current roles as Project Manager and as Director of Safety in 2010 and 2013, respectively. Robert is the fourth generation of the Parks family to work for the Company. He has a Bachelor of Science in Building Science from Auburn University.
Wes Bonds joined the T.U. Parks team in 2015 and brought with him nine years of construction experience both in the field and the office. He’s worked in project management on myriad jobs ranging from offices and churches to commercial and heavy industrial. Wes manages T.U. Parks’ preconstruction efforts, working closely with the estimators and project managers. He is a 2007 graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Alabama.
Jason has been with the Company for more than twenty years, beginning in the field where he learned the ropes of the construction industry. Jason moved up the ranks to Project Superintendent, and is now one of our lead project estimators for commercial work. He attended Santa Fe Community College and holds a bachelor's degree from the Universtiy of North Alabama.
Jacob Bradley joined the T.U. Parks team in 2015 as an Assistant Project Manager working in on-the-job coordination. He brought nine years of experience in the construction industry, and has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Assistant Project Manager
Ed Marshall joined the Parks team in 1999 and currently works as an Assistant Project Manager. He also facilitates communication and coordination among the project managers, superintendants, subcontractors and suppliers, and architects. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and being outdoors.
Accounting and Insurance
Bonnie has more than twenty years of experience in the accounting, clerical, and contract administration aspects of the construction industry. She currently carries out the Accounts Payable tasks of the Company along with verifying that all subcontractors meet the insurance requirements set forth in their Master Agreement. Bonnie also fosters healthy relationships with our subcontractors and vendors. She has three years post-high school education through Chattanooga State Technical Community College.
Zach Vaughn began working with the Company in 2013 as an accounting intern, and now serves as our corporate accountant. He is a graduate of Chattanooga State Technical Community College with an Associates of Applied Science in Accounting Technology and a graduate of the University of Tennessee Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Accounting.
Elaine Thomas has been with the Company for more than 19 years. She has a background in sales, accounts receiveables, and payables. Throughout her time with Parks, she has worked both onsite and in the corporate office, and is fluent in all aspects of construction including handling contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and payroll. When she is not at work, she enjoys reading and watching football.
Jeanine Powell joined the team in 2015 as Executive Assistant to Larry Parks. She has more than 25 years of experience in administrative work at the corporate level, gained while raising her triplet sons. Jeanine attended Dalton State College, and in her spare time, enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and doing mission work.
