This steel frame structure of 96,000 square feet is designed to provide for steel storage systems and processing areas within the building. A 3,000 square foot free-standing office building is included on site. Area required extensive site preparation and road and rail siding into the plant. This was a Design/Build project with a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum price of $4.8 million. This project is similar to the Siskin facility in Nashville, Tennessee contructed by T.U. Parks Construction Company in 1989.
