Provided project management services for a joint venture project with Stein Construction Company for altering Riverfront Drive included in Package One of Chattanooga's 21st Century Waterfront Plan. Work included constructing a new bridge, relocation for roadway, installation of new utility services, new sidewalks and landscaping. See this link which fully explains the 21st Century plan.
