Project located at Black Creek Golf Course in the Cumming's Cove community. The project was new construction of a 13,568 sqft club house. The club house has a basement and a first floor. Building construction was cmu/brick exterior with wood framed structure, pre-stressed concrete slabs with 2" concrete topping, wood trusses, etc. Club house included a kitchen / grill and pro shop. Total project cost was $954.00.00.
