The Fairyland Club was a major renovation of a 70-year-old private club facility. In this engagement an addition of 1500 square feet was added to the existing structure to match the stone, stucco and glass exterior. The existing kitchen was completely reworked in a 30-day time frame, including new plumbing, HVAC and electrical system, new flooring and new FRP ceiling and wall materials. (This 30-day time period was the only time the facility was closed). Only the dishwasher and a few other pieces of equipment were reused. This facility is capable of serving a sit-down banquet dinner for up to four hundred people, while at the same time providing full menu dining service to areas seating approximately two hundred.
