This engagement involved various projects to correct code requirements. Also included was the remodeling and refurbishing of floors two through five with extensive remodeling of the Labor and Delivery rooms and the remaining areas of the Pediatric wing. Upgrading of some operating suites was included along with remodeling of tenant spaces and the areas used for occupational medicine. This project spanned two years and four months.
