Pedway leads to covered parking facilities also constructed by T. U. Parks. Building has six banks of stretcher capacity, high-speed elevators to all floors. Also included are six state of the art operating rooms and two minor procedure rooms. Medical Mall floor is 81,000 square feet; of which 34,000 square feet is common space. Building is a steel cage with masonry and precast panels.
