A new 52,000 square foot, three-story office building located on the hospital's east campus. The project was constructed on a fast-track program in order to meet the schedule as the original developer withdrew from the project. T.U. Parks Construction Company signed the contract on May 28, 1991 and tenants moved into the completed first floor space in December, 1991. Construction is steel frame with masonry veneer; the floors are concrete on grade and metal deck.
