Parkridge Medical Center, Plaza Three
A new three-story medical office building has a first level as covered parking with the second and third levels as shell space initially. The roof was structured to allow for a forth floor. T.U. Parks Construction Company remained on site and completed all physicians' suites working with the hospital, interior architect and physicians to complete both initial floors. Parks has added a forth floor since completion of all the physician suites.
