The 167,000-square-foot, $29 million building is located at the corner of Vine and Palmetto streets and is the largest building on the campus. The building is slated for mixed use and contains multiple assembly occupancy areas, auditoriums, classrooms, laboratories, faculty and administrative offices, faculty library, conference space, and storage areas.
